These holiday party treats feature a creamy dip snack full of veggies and a simple dessert that is decadent but made without refined sugar:

  • Warm Spinach Artichoke & Red Pepper Dip
  • Vegan Snickers Caramel Bars

Chef Shelly is a renowned local chef, an advocate for wellness, and a Fox Valley Tech adjunct instructor.  Every other week on Thursday nights in the Fall, she will share with us her premiere series on cooking healthy.
