Motion made by Turner, seconded by Franzoi, to recommend to the Board of Trustees to spend up to $20,000 to complete Phase One, with $5,000 coming from the operating budget’s line for Management 21-06 and the remainder from the Memorial Miscellaneous Trust Fund at the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, Inc.  Discussion: once Phase One is complete, a meeting will be scheduled with at least one local fundraiser for evaluation of the economy and feasibility to fundraise to complete more phases of the facilities plan.  Motion carried unanimously.
