Fiber Arts Demo

During the month of February visitors to the library will see a display of fiber art pieces created by members of the group Twist of Fate - Fiber Art. The artists will demonstrate techniques like spinning, weaving, knitting, crocheting, quilting, and felting. Stop any time during this day by the Miron Fireside Room and see how to use a spin wheel, an antique sock knitting machine or how to weave on a triangle loom.

Duration: 2 hours.

Program made possible by the library endowment's Sara Loescher Fund. All programs at the Elisha D. Smith Public Library are free and for everyone.  Those with special needs are encouraged to call the library office at 920.967.3662 within 24 hours of an event to assure that specific needs with regards to parking, building and meeting room accessibility are met.
