Family Roots Meeting

The local Family Roots club is hosting Genealogist Leah Johnson, and the public is invited.  Ms. Johnson has been researching her family tree (Danish) and her husband's (Norwegian and Swedish) since 1977. She is a member of Norse Valley Lodge, Sons of Norway in Appleton. Her current project is gathering information about her ancestors who fought in the Civil War to put together for a booklet for her family. She has provided some information that was included in a book by a professor in Denmark about Danish immigrants who were in the Civil War.
