Action Items/Fundraising Efforts
     A. Approval of Minutes:  Wicihowski moved, Crawmer seconded to approve the Fundraising Committee minutes from November 10, 2015.  Motion carried unanimously.

     B. Smith Family Book Collection:
         • Tom Lyons, Thomas A. Lyons Fine Books, purchased 23 of the books for $230.
         • Board member Jim Franzoi posted three of the more valuable books on eBay.
         • The remaining books will be sent to Better World Books who will inventory, market, sell and ship these materials and we will receive payment from each sale.

     C. Chili Cook-Off:
         • So far, we received $100 sponsorship checks from Faith Technologies and the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel; the Neenah Menasha Fire Rescue and Waverly Beach are donating chili.
         • Coopman has gift certificates from Sabre Lanes, Gardenview Restaurant and Mi Casa.  Kitz and Pfeil will have something ready next week and B. J. Clancy has mailed some gift certificates. Request forms were filled out for the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center and Memorial Florists. Salon Expressions will be donating a basket and United Paper will also be donating something similar to last year.
         • Chili donors need to be lined up by January 15 so that we can include them on marketing materials.
         • Crawmer will send the committee a google doc so everyone can update/review the donor spreadsheets online.
         • Matt Hodgins, from Bits and Bytes, inquired about the difference in cost between a table and individual tickets.  He feels that it is more cost effective to purchase individual tickets at $20 each vs. a table for $200. Motion made by Wicihowski, seconded by Crawmer to change the price of a reserved table to $160.  Motion carried unanimously.
        • Lenz will conduct a doodle poll to find a date and time to meet after the holidays.

Adjournment
Motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:18pm was made by Wicihowski and seconded by Coopman.   Motion carried unanimously.

Respectfully submitted,
