Called to order at 3:36pm by Murray
Present: Murray, Kiley and Wicihowski
Absent: None
Also Present: Eisen, Director Lenz and K. Dreyer (Administrative Assistant)

Library Entrance
Lenz, Murray, and Wicihowski met with Pam Captain about the veterans’ request to move their monument. Lenz also spoke with the head of Public Works and Parks and Recreation. Paul Riederer from Miron Construction came up with a sketch to put in a planter the same shape and height as the existing planters. We need to make sure that there is an adequate walkway on each side for snow removal. At a later date, we could decide to add a statue.
Lenz will contact Riederer to find out what this will cost the library, if anything. This will then be presented at the November board meeting.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 3:50pm was made by Wicihowski and seconded by Kiley. Motion carried unanimously.
