Called to order at 3:02pm by Chair Halverson
Present: Trustee Franzoi, Trustee Golz, Chair Halverson, Trustee Stojanovic, Trustee Turner, Trustee Witt and Superintendent of Schools Zimmerman
Absent: Secretary Lane and Teen Rep E. Lane
Also Present: Mayor Merkes, Director Kopetsky, Library Services Manager Raschke and Business Manager Dreyer

Review Details of Fundraising for Potential Renovation Project
⦁ Trustees reviewed the pitch deck and naming opportunities.
⦁ Trustees agreed to hire a professional fundraiser. Some potential names were discussed.
⦁ The City of Menasha Common Council will discuss the capital improvement budget on Monday, August 14.
Our next Board of Trustees meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 4:00pm.
