Voters who arrange to vote absentee by mail don’t need to worry about long lines or finding a polling place while attending college. This service is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Winnebago County, the City of Menasha Clerk’s Office, and the Elisha D. Smith Public Library. The event is open to all Wisconsin residents of who are eligible to vote.

What to Bring: To register to vote, please bring a proof of residency document (i.e. a document with your current name and address). To request an absentee ballot, please bring a valid photo ID. If your photo ID is up-to-date, that is all that is need. If you do not have a WI Driver’s License, you may still register using the last digits of your social security number along with a proof of residency document. If your address has changed you will need to re-register to vote and provide a proof of residency document.
