Join the Neenah and Menasha Historical Societies for the beginning of a new series, “Founders and Settlers.”

The first installment will cover the fascinating life of Joseph Jourdain born in 1780 who was one of the first permanent residents of the area and the first blacksmith in Wisconsin. His descendant, Tom VanLieshout, will start off this series and we plan to continue it in the fall with many more opportunities to learn about founders and settlers.
