Called to order at 5:01pm by Chairman Schwerbel
Committee members present: Golz, Halverson, Schwerbel and Turner
Also present: Trustee Witt, Trustee Stojanovic, Mayor Merkes, Director Kopetsky, Adult Services Supervisor Moore-Nokes, Support Services Supervisor Raschke and Business Manager Dreyer
Other Attendees from EUA: Kit Dailey, Carolyn Glime, Todd Hietpas, Brian Netzel, Ryan Wallace (virtually) and Steve Wilz
Public Comment/Communication: None
Building Project Presentation
Representatives from EUA discussed a Preliminary Schedule with Phase 1: Planning, Engagement, Visioning and Programming and Phase II: Facility Evaluation, Conceptional Design and Cost Estimating.
Kit Dailey, Carolyn Glime, Todd Hietpas, Brian Netzel, Ryan Wallace (virtually), Steve Wilz, Moore-Nokes and Raschke left the meeting at 6:43pm.
Motion made by Turner, seconded by Halverson to make a recommendation to the board to move forward and offer a contract to EUA. Motion carried unanimously. Mayor Merkes will contact City Attorney Captain regarding writing the contract.
