There are many ways that you can show your support for all of the great things that the Menasha Public Library offers.

First, come to our Used Book Sales and take home lots of books! The funds raised by the Friends of the Library go directly to support library events and collections.

Second, volunteer at the library. We have lots of ways that you can volunteer your time at the library. Whether it is through the Friends or more informally, we are happy to have you spend your free time here with us! Third, support us with donations which are tax-deductible. The library has an Endowment Fund that it uses to support our activities beyond what the taxpayers fund. The Endowment depends on donations from the community to continue and grow. There are several forms of donations.

1. Donate using PayPal

2. Memorials and Honorariums which are given in someone's name. This can be done with a single small donation, or a fund can be created in a person's name that carries from year to year to support the library. We are happy to work with you so that funds are being used in a way that will honor that particular person's interests.

3. General donations which are not given in someone's name but can be used to support the library in numerous ways. They can be given with a specific purpose in mind or just as an open donation for the library to use to support its programs and services.

4. Gifts of stocks, bonds or mutual funds are welcome and will be handled by the Community Foundation.

5. In light of recent tax law changes, you may find it beneficial to give the library a tax-deductible gift using a will or living trust. Additionally, gifts of retirement plan assets and life insurance are also welcome.
