Blues Night

Wednesday, April 24, at 7:00pm
Rusty Nails Blues presents classics of country blues.

This is a demonstration and discussion of the country blues genre with emphasis on pre-WWII blues.

Members of Rusty Nails Blues, Steve Heiner and Ben Lillge, are musicians who aim to maintain and preserve the great American art form known as the blues.

With a focus on acoustic blues, their repertoire includes songs from the 1930’s to more contemporary material. The original artists the duo covers include Robert Johnson, Blind Blake, Blind Boy Fuller, Howlin’ Wolf, Reverend Gary Davis, Big Bill Broonzy, and many more.
