Feeling stressed out?  Join us for this four-week series of workshops to learn how to feel more calm, feel more rested, manage stress and open your mind.

This series will focus on the basics of the Koru mindfulness program, which was developed at Duke University.

The series will run Tuesdays -- March 6, 13, 20 & 27 at 7:00pm. The series is not a drop-in class that repeats; the content builds over each session. Participants are encouraged to sign up for all four classes.

Ages 16+ welcome to attend. Please register at the Reference desk, call 920.967.3690 or email us.  At registration please provide an email to receive information from the instructor and set up a supporting app that is available to participants.
