Yoga Basics: Relax

Learn how to use basic yoga to unwind and strengthen your body mind and spirit.  Join Tom Finch & Stephanie Lyn Hall from Valley School of Massage & Body Integration for an introduction to yoga. This four-session class will take place on the second Mondays of February, March, April and May. Sign up for one or all of them.

Learn how to use yoga to relax and alleviate the stress of the work day. 

Duration: 1 hour.

Place: Company E Room

Registration is required. Participants will need their own yoga mat and a blanket.
