LZLambeau this Weekend
hannah — May 21, 2010 - 2:22am

Both of our Library display cases this month honor those who fought and those died in the Vietnamese Conflict, (November 1955, through April 30, 1975, when Saigon fell.) They also promote the upcoming event, LZLambeau, a "Welcome Home" for Vietnam veterans. Patrons will also find a display of books which describe the history of the Vietnam War, chronicle the experiences of soldiers, and report on the battlefields in Vietnam and those on the homefront. We also have created a booklet entitled, Wisconsin's Wall; this is an alphabetical listing of those who died in Vietnam from the state of Wisconsin.
