NPR asked three independent booksellers for their picks of the best summer reads.  Don't expect fluffy romance here, instead the 16 books range from fiction to poetry and a memoir.  One book was selected by two of the booksellers and weighs in at 600 pages.  These are summer reads to really sink into and enjoy!
