Meeting Rooms

Menasha's Public Library is pleased to announce that we are now taking meeting room reservations for 2007. To book a room, we would ask that you complete a meeting room application form and a meeting room setup form. Forms are available at the library’s service desks and the Administration Office (located on the second floor of the new building), or can be downloaded in PDF (Portable Document Format) using ADOBE (R) Reader (R). These forms, the Meeting Room Application and Meeting Room Setup form should be completed and returned to the Administration Office. Meeting room reservations will be confirmed only after the library office receives a signed application form during normal business hours.

For your general information, we will be offering three meeting rooms free of charge for community use. Please note that a fee will be charged if library staff must provide more than a reasonable cleanup or if the room is not vacated at the scheduled time of departure. As a courtesy, the library will try to set up the meeting room to suit your individual needs. If we are not able to set up the room, the group using it shall be responsible for the setup and take down. :

Copies of our new meeting room policies and procedures may also be picked up at service desks in the library or in the Administration Office. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them. If you have questions, please call the library office at 967-3662. Our meeting rooms will be available during normal library open hours; however, meetings may be scheduled before or after open hours by special arrangement.
