A Menasha Public Library card is available for free to Menasha residents. To apply for a card:

1. Stop by the library and fill out a library card application. Proof of identification is required.

A valid form of identification is required. Acceptable forms of identification include:

• Driver's license or permit

• Voter's registration card

• State issued ID

• Social Security Card

• School ID

• Resident alien card / Consulate identification

• Passport

• Birth certificate

A parent's or legal guardian's identification can be used for children under the age of 12 to obtain a card.
