Register for a Card
A Menasha Public Library card is available for free to Menasha residents. Menasha residents can apply for a card one of 2 ways:
- Pre-Register - Pre-register for a library card by printing and filling out our online form, then just stop by the library & pick up your card. Proof of identification (listed below) is required.
- In-Person Registration - Stop by the library and fill out a library card application. Proof of identification is required.
A valid form of identification is required. Acceptable forms of identification include:

Driver's license or permit

Voter's registration card

State issued ID

Social Security Card

School ID

Resident alien card / Consulate identification

Passport

Birth certificate
A parent's or legal guardian's identification can be used for children under the age of 12 to obtain a card. Any person age 12-17 who does not have identification or responsible party present may have a temporary card issued for the day with limited loan privileges; a permanent card will be mailed to their home address.
