A. Called to order at 3:45 p.m. by Committee Chair Crawmer
B. Present: Crawmer, Kiley

C. Public Comment (none)
D. Motion to approve minutes from October 24, 2013, made by Kiley, seconded by Crawmer. Motion carried.
E. Fundraising Letter
Crawmer prepared a Thanksgiving letter, thanking people for their past support of the library to be sent out soon (before Thanksgiving). Lenz, who will mail it out.
F. Coupon project
Crawmer contacted Stevi B’s on selling coupons for pizza. They cost $2/each, but there is no risk in buying as many as we think we can sell – Stevi B’s will buy back what we don’t sell. Crawmer is making posters to let people know we are selling them. Lenz will print them and distribute them.
G. Restaurant Fundraiser
Lenz contacted Brian Hansen from Aspen Landing a couple times, she did not hear back. The committee directed her to contact Luigi’s.
H. Can Collection
Kiley is trying to reach Paper Valley Recycling to see how much they pay for aluminum cans, and if they would pick them up from the library. Lenz will speak with Building Supervisor Adam Alix about a place to collect them.
I. A Million Pennies
Crawmer met with Menasha High School principal Larry Haase and a school counselor about this project, and she has an appointment to speak with a teacher about the project.
J. Seymour library fundraiser
Lenz described a recent library fundraiser in Seymour. She will gather more information.
The committee agreed to meet again on Thursday, December 12, at 3:45 p.m. A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 4:10 p.m. by Crawmer and seconded by Kiley. Motion carried.
