Boo! Happy Halloween from the Children's Room!

We celebrated this fall holiday with special story times last Friday & Tuesday evening.  With slightly scary stories, songs, fun costumes, and of course, some trick or treating everyone had a great time!  Our stories included Humbug Witch by Lorna Balian [3], Ghosts in the House by Kazuno Kohara [4], Creepy Carrots by Aaron Reynolds [5], and Over in the Hollow by Rebecca Dickinson [6].  After dancing to the Monster Boogie, trick-or-treaters made paper pocket bats & went on a pumpkin hunt!
