To book a meeting room at the library, we ask that you complete a meeting room application form and a meeting room setup form . Please familiarize yourself with the library's meeting room policy .
We offer three meeting rooms free of charge for community use. Click here to see where the rooms are located in the library's lower level.
The forms, which are also available at the library, should be completed and returned to the administration office or FAXed to (920) 967-5159. Meeting room reservations will be confirmed during normal business hours only after the library office receives a signed application form.
Please note that a fee will be charged if library staff must provide more than reasonable clean-up or the room is not vacated at the scheduled time of departure. As a courtesy, the library will try to set up the meeting room to suit individual needs. If we are not able to set up the room, the group using it shall be responsible for the setup and take down.
If you have questions, please call the library's Reference Desk at (920) 967-3690. Our meeting rooms may be used during all normal library open hours; meetings may be scheduled before or after open hours by special arrangement.
All library events are free and open to everyone. Those with special needs are encouraged to call the library office at 967-3662, within 24 hours of the event, to assure that specific needs with regards to parking, building and meeting room accessibility are met. If preferred, a request may be made by filling out a Request for Reasonable Accommodation form. The grievance procedure for filing a complaint about an alleged violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act may also be found on that form.
