Some Slightly Haunted Tales in the Children's Room...

Last night  was the first of two extra-special Halloween story times!  Dewey and I (Miss Liz) celebrated with ballerinas, chickens, superstars, dragons, and even the Little Mermaid!  We read about  1 very brave and 9 not so brave trick-or-treaters, how to help a skeleton get rid of his hiccups, and what to do with ghosts in the house!  After our stories and songs, we headed out to make paper bag bat puppets, color on some pumpkins, and make our best guesses on just how many pumpkins there are in the Children's Room.  (We counted 32!)  Dewey and I had a fun evening and we hope you did too!  If you didn't make it last night and are still looking for some Halloween fun, come to the library on Friday morning at 10am for another session of Slightly Haunted Tales with Miss Kathy - there might even be a chance for some trick-or-treating!

We're open:

Mon-Thurs 8:30am - 8:30pm
Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Sunday 1:00pm - 5:00pm
