Called to order at 8:35am by Wicihowski

Discussion/Action Items
1. Personnel Policy
The Personnel Policy was reviewed by the committee.
2. Social Media Policy
The Social Media Policy was reviewed by the committee. Franzoi submitted Social Media Guidelines for employees.. He also suggested combining the Internet and Social
Media policies for patrons.
Motion made by Franzoi, seconded by Wicihowski to approve the recommended changes as discussed. Motion carried unanimously. The recommended changes will be presented at the August board of trustees meeting.
Next month, the committee will review the Patron and Circulation Policy, the Internet Policy and the Library Code of Conduct Policy.
Adjournment
Motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:30am was made by Franzoi and seconded by Wicihowski. Motion carried unanimously.
