A. CALL TO ORDER
B. ADJOURN INTO CLOSED SESSION
Discussion of complaint and potential claim against the library/city.
§19.85(1)(b), Wis. Stats., Considering dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of a public employee and the taking of formal action on any such matter; §19.85(1) (f) Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data; and §19.85(1) (g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
C. May reconvene into Open Session to act on what was discussed in Closed Session.

This meeting is open to the public. Attendees with special needs are encouraged to call the library office at 967-3662 within 24 hours of the meeting to assure that specific needs with regards to parking, building and meeting room accessibility are met. Menasha aldermen may attend meetings of this body. A quorum of the city’s Common Council, Board of Public Works, Administration Committee, or Personnel Committee may attend this meeting. No official action of those bodies will be taken.
