This meeting is open to the public. Attendees with special needs are encouraged to call the library office at 967-3662, within 24 hours of the meeting, to assure that specific needs with regards to parking, building and meeting room accessibility are met. Menasha aldermen may attend meetings of this body. A quorum of the city’s Common Council, Board of Public Works, Administration Committee, or Personnel Committee may attend this meeting. No official action of those bodies will be taken.
