Menasha Public Library Children’s Department, 440 1st St., will sponsor a Family Storytime on Mondays, from February 3 to March 24 at 10:00-10:30 a.m. OR at 6:30-7:00 p.m. OR on Tuesdays from February 4 to March 25 at 10:00-10:30 a.m. This is a free eight-week series that is perfect for children from birth through age six and their caring adult. Stories, songs, and fun are all part of this half-hour weekly event. This storytime is especially designed to emphasize cultural literacy for preschoolers; including fairy tales, folk tales, classic stories, Mother Goose rhymes, parachute play, music, songs, numbers, colors, shapes, letters, and interactive play. No registration is required. In addition, the library offers a cooperative play group with Banta School on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Children’s Department library story room.
