Here's your chance to learn how to knit!

Kay  Martin, knitter-for-life, will be here on Saturday morning, October 5, from 9am-Noon to teach you how to create scarves or dishcloths.  Kay will teach you how to cast on, knit and purl.  Please bring size 8 needles, at least 10" in length.  If you wish to do a scarf, include light-colored, worsted yarn; if you're interested in making those fabulous washcloths, include light -colored, cotton yarn.  (Practice yarn will be provided.) This event is free, but registration is required.  Please sign up at the Reference Desk, or, call 967-3690.
