Here is your chance to feel fit, balanced and strong!    Registration is required.

Join Erika King on Wednesday, January 16, from 6:30 – 7:30pm and learn how to relax, become more flexible and feel more balanced.  Yoga is a wonderful complement to anyone’s fitness routine.  This event is free but registration is required.  Sign up at the Reference Desk, or, call 967-3690 for more information.  Teens and older, please.
