Monday Story Time Fun Week 7

Honk, honk, go the geese!

What a fun week in story time - on Monday with Dewey and I (Miss Liz) we read all about geese!  We see lots of geese this time of year as the flocks fly south for the winter.  Our stories included a goose who didn't want to leave her home for the winter, a goose named Suzy, a silly little goose looking for the perfect spot for her nest, and a little gosling who loves her red boots.  We even got to sing about 5 little geese & our favorite alphabet song!  After story time, we cut & colored our own paper plate geese to take home.

Next week is our LAST week of family story time for the year, so come join us before our fall break!  Even though story time is coming to an end we have LOTS of library fun in store for you, especially to celebrate Halloween - check out our special events right here!
