The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act passed by Congress, signed by President Obama, and recently upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court will be explained by Connie Raether, Citizen Action of Wisconsin board member and volunteer. Ms. Raether will present the main points of the national health insurance reform law known as Obamacare and answer your questions.
