Leap Day!

Happy Leap Day, Library Friends! This special day only happens once every four years. Do you know someone who was born on Leap Day? They are younger than most people today, because they only get a birthday day every four years. Okay! The families choose February 28th or March 1st for the birth certificate, but it seems like their true birth date is magic.

This Leap Day we're celebrating a Leap Back in Time at the library. Writers have been sharing tales of time travel and alternative history for hundreds of years. We've pulled a few and set up a special display in the Children's Room. Some of the titles include The Emerald Atlas, The Magic Half, The Lost Children, Any Which Wall and so much more!  Stop by the library and find a great read on time travel, alternative history or steampunk. Today is a great day to read!

We're open:

Mon-Thurs 8:30am - 8:30pm
Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday closed
