Caw-Caw, Crows!

Caw! Caw! Everyone in the Fox Cities is familiar with the call of our friend the Crow. He's a popular topic this time of year. We read about the color black and learned how to sign the color black as well. We counted with two flying crows and even got a visit from a crow. During our visit, we asked the mother crow all about her children. When our friend Mother Crow left, we read a silly book about a crow who wanted to be different.

After our crow stories and songs, we made a crow craft together. Thank you, Banta friends! Next week, Miss Pippi will be absent from storytime, but Miss Sharon has agreed to share stories and songs with you! It will be a great day at the library.

Just a reminder, next week is our final week of stories with Miss Liz and Miss Pippi. We'll be taking a break for the holidays and be coming back for more stories and songs next year. Check out our calendar for special programs coming up during November and December.
