Meeting Rooms

To book a room, we ask that you complete a meeting room application form and a meeting room setup form. Forms are available at the library's service desks and the Administration Office (located on the library' second floor), or can be downloaded in PDF (Portable Document Format) using ADOBE (R) Reader (R). Both of these forms, the Meeting Room Application and Meeting Room Setup should be completed and returned to the Administration Office. Meeting room reservations will be confirmed only after the library office receives a signed application form during normal business hours.

We offer three meeting rooms free of charge for community use. Please note that a fee will be charged if library staff must provide more than a reasonable cleanup or if the room is not vacated at the scheduled time of departure. As a courtesy, the library will try to set up the meeting room to suit your individual needs. If we are not able to set up the room, the group using it shall be responsible for the setup and take down.

Copies of our meeting room policy may also be picked up at service desks in the library or in the Administration Office. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them. If you have questions, please call the library office at 967-3662. Our meeting rooms will be available during normal library open hours; however, meetings may be scheduled before or after open hours by special arrangement.

All library events are free and open to everyone.  Those with special needs are encouraged to call the library office at 967-3662, within 24 hours of the event, to assure that specific needs with regards to parking, building and meeting room accessibility are met.  If preferred, a request may be made by filling out a Request for Reasonable Accommodation form.  The grievance procedure for filing a complaint about an alleged violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act may also be found on that form.
