A new budget year starting February 1! Many of you have noticed fewer books listed as we headed into December and January. That's because our materials budget is spent and we need to "close the books" on our 2007 orders. We begin ordering again in early February and by mid-March we are again rolling with new materials.
Did you know that we spend approximately $40,000 annually on children's materials - books, DVD's, CD's, magazines, toys, parent teacher materials and learning activity games? And we don't just buy new materials! We also replace worn out favorites, damaged materials, materials requested by you or that we need to expand subject areas and fill in our popular series books.
