Book-Venture! Story and Workshop
A free eight-week afterschool workshopand stories series that is perfect for children ages 4-7. Stories, songs, crafts, science, art, and fun based on books are all part of this forty minute weekly event. No registration is required.

Read Off Your Fines Week for Kids!
Jan 27-Feb 2 (TV Turn-off Week)
Do you have fines on Menasha Library materials returned late but no money to pay them off? We are offering a one-time chance to "read off your fines" for kids preschool though grades 5 from Jan. 27 - Feb. 2.
Stop in the Children's Dept and we will check your fines, and have you read (or be read to by a parent) your fines down to zero! We will have cuddly book characters to read to and comfy chairs to make the experience fun. Bring your own book or pick from our wonderful collection - & let's make sure all kids can use the library!

Read to a Dog
During "Read Off Your Fines Week", you can read to a real dog! One to three dogs will be available for kids to read to Monday and Thursday between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. A furry canine will listen patiently as children read aloud to them in a relaxed environment designed to help improve reading skills and confidence in children.
