Last weeks excellent blog tour Share a Story - Shape a Future ended the week with Technology and Reading. The Children's room has great technology resources including playaways, books on CD, packets with a book and CD, books on cassette, packets with a book and cassette and downloadable audiobooks available on the online catalogue. These audio items are great for relaxing around the house, listening to on a car ride or enjoying while taking a walk.

We talked about sheep in our final storytime today. Classic rhymes about sheep include Mary had a Little Lamb, Little Bo Peep and Baa, Baa Black Sheep. We rocked out to Mary Had a Little Lamb by Highly Highly Lost Tones from the CD Mother Goose Rocks. More sheep songs can be found at the library by hunting our catalogue.
