Register for a Card

A library card is available for free to anyone living in Wisconsin.

To apply for a card, fill out a library card application at the Circulation Desk.

Proof of address and identification are required.  Verify your address with any official document with your name and address printed on it, including a current utility bill, payroll statement, checkbook, etc.

Acceptable forms of identification include:

• Driver's license or permit

• State issued ID

• Social Security Card

• School ID

• Resident alien card / Consulate identification

• Workplace photo ID

• Passport

• Birth certificate

A parent or legal guardian must sign for children under the age of 12.
