A new federal law allows you to deduct certain charitable contributions on your 2009 tax return instead of the 2010 return.  These contributions must have been made between January 12 and February 28, and, designated for the relief of victims in areas affected by the earthquake in Haiti.

This month's displays feature the Apple Knitters' collection of crafts in the mahogany case near the Checkout Desk, a beautiful display of harps in the Foyer by Julie Meinke (who will be performing Celtic harp music here on Sun., Feb. 21st), and a presentation of Cal Jones' textured paintings in the Fireside  Lounge.  If you are interested in having your hobby, collectibles or artwork displayed in the Library, please contact Kathy at 967-3690.

The Friends of the Menasha Public Library need donations for its Used Book Sale, February 19 - 22.
